What’s the FitScore, and why does it matter?

Your FitScore is your personalized performance baseline. It tracks how you're progressing and powers all our recommendations—helping you train smarter, not harder. No more guesswork—just measurable results.

Do I need to use the RYVL app if I come to the studio?

No, it’s not required, but the app can be your companion before, during, and after class. It tracks your progress, syncs with your FitScore, stores your workout history, and offers wellness tools. Every in-studio membership includes full app access for free.

What should I expect from a RYVL class?
